The Inland Northwest Blood Center is a 54,000 SF medical, lab, and office building completed in 2002.  The owner hired Ramey Construction and Northwest Architecture Company to team this magnificent project.  The exterior elevations and attention to detail gave the Inland Northwest Blood Center the community presence of a landmark building that will be in Spokane for the next 100 years.  The Center has had the entire construction team back multiple times for enhancements - most recently completed in the summer of 2010.

The Northwest Dermatology is a 7,000 SF medical office building that was completed in 2008.  This project was a negotiated design-build project.  The owner wanted some Northwest Architectural timber elements incorporated into the exterior elevation of the building.  The project was completed within the original budget and ahead of the construction schedule, despite doing the foundations and framing during a record snow fall.

The Spokane Ear, Nose, & Throat facility is a 33,000 SF medical office and Ambulatory Surgery Center completed in 2000.  The owner hired Ramey Construction and OMS Architects to team for this project.  The owner has since had Ramey Construction do several remodels on this facility as well as build a 7,000 SF satellite medical office building for Spokane ENT in both North Spokane completed in 2007 and Spokane Valley completed in 2009.  All projects completed on time and within established budgets.

The Doctor’s Clinic building is a  14,000 SF medical office building that was completed in 1995.  This project was a negotiated design/build project that had a very tight owner budget.  The exterior of the building is mainly masonry and despite being 16 years old looks the same today as when it was built.  Ramey Construction Co., Inc. completed this project on time and within the original project budget.

The Indiana Professional Center is a 26,000 SF medical/office building.  Ramey Construction built the shell building in 2007 and completed all the tenant improvements since that time.  This project was a design build project with the budget being established by what the owner could obtain for lease rates in this area.  The design team selected all the exterior elements and mechanical systems based upon the budget and the owners desire to build a ‘Class A’ office building.
