To Whom It May Concern:

I would like to give Ramey Construction a high recommendation for your building project. Using the design-build approach, we worked with OMS (architect) and Ramey's team to build a new dermatology clinic which we moved into during August of 2008.

Northwest Dermatology built by Ramey ConstructionAfter interviewing half a dozen contractors, I chose Ramey Construction because of their experience, reputation, excellent references, ethics, and personnel. It was a good decision. Charlie Schroeder and Jason Ramey, and their crew were very easy to work with (I would ask specifically for Charlie to be on your project). They were very accommodating and overcame various challenges which came up. The quality of their work and the sub-contractors' work was very good. The cost and schedule estimates were accurate. In fact, they completed the construction somewhat ahead of schedule.

I would definitely work with Ramey again on any commercial project. Please feel free to give me a call if you have any questions. You are welcome to come by and check out our beautiful clinic.

Sincerely yours,

Benjamin Hsu, M.D.

Ear, Nose and Throat building by Ramey Construction

To Whom It May Concern:

This letter is to serve as a reference for Ramey Construction. We have used Ramey Construction for all three of our building projects. The first building project with Ramey Construction was a 33,000 Sq ft medical practice with an Ambulatory Surgery Center completed in April 2000, the second project was a 7,000 Sq ft medical clinic completed in July 2007 and the third project was a 7,000 Sq ft medical clinic completed in August of 2009.

We have been very pleased with all three projects in both their quality and functionality. Ramey Construction worked closely with us in the planning stage of each of the projects. They did a very good job listening to what our goals and needs were and then put together the appropriate team to make sure those goals were accomplished. They did a great job of keeping us informed and involved during the building project. They were also pro-active in working with the city and county departments to ensure there were no unexpected surprises.

The quality and appearance of the buildings have been great in all three projects. The projects were completed on time and within or under budget. As can be seen by us using Ramey Construction for all three of our building projects, we trust the quality and integrity of Ramey Construction.

Sincerely:

Rod Emerson

Spokane Blood Center built by Ramey ConstructionBlood Center

To Whom It May Concern:

This letter is meant to serve as a reference for Ramey Construction Co., Inc.

Our partnership with Ramey Construction Co., Inc began in early 2000 when Inland Northwest
Blood Center (INBC) purchased the land for construction of its new blood center. After checking references, INBC decided to hire Ramey Construction Co., Inc. as our General Contractor forthis project. The principles from the company we worked with included Randy Ramey, owner, and Jason Ramey, Project Manager. This project was set up not in the traditional mode of having the contractor report to the architect, but rather as a three-way partnership with both the contractor and architect reporting directly to the INBC Chief Executive Officer (CEO). This trio made all decisions, with of course the CEO having the final authority. This structure took extra skills in negotiations at times for all parties involved, which Randy and his team handled well and with great tact.

Some of the strengths I appreciated in working with Ramey Construction Co., Inc. include:

Their ability to communicate complex and unfamiliar construction terms and concepts to
the INBC team, and especially to me as the owner

The endless patience with our questions, concerns, ideas and ramblings

The ability to identify potential problems before they occurred and responded so they
were controlled

Their ability to react to problems or delays promptly, to develop options and to be ableto communicate these options clearly and appropriately to the architects and owner

The ability to provide reasonable, logical and well supported recommendations to the
architect and owner in an appropriate time period

Their ability to work with city inspectors and representatives from lenders and the INBC
Board of Directors and staff in a positive and productive manner

The ability to help owner keep costs under approved budget

The ability to step forward to fix and mitigate problems, errors and delays so that the
project would remain on time and within budget

The ability to be good and patient listeners, to use tact in working with lay owners and
their team, to provide exceptional customer service to owners and to represent the
contracting industry with quality and excellence

Our new 51,000 sq. ft., four story building with a detached 2,700 sq. ft. garage and parking for 100 cars opened in October 2002 on time and under budget. The building is a beautiful and functional addition to our community. We not only came in under budget but with the number of change orders significantly less than predicted.

As the person with the final decision responsibilities and authority for all aspects of this project on behalf of the INBC Board of Directors, I would whole-heartedly call on Ramey Construction Co., Inc. and its team for future projects and will unquestioningly provide a full reference to anyone on our positive experience. Please feel free to contact me directly for additional information.

Sincerely,

Judi Young, EdD, MT (ASCP) SBB
Chief Executive Officer

Girls Scouts
Inland Empire Council

Re: Letter of Reference for Ramey Construction

Girl Scouts Inland Empire Council selected Ramey Construction through a design/build process in 2004. Our architect, Steve McNutt, of Northwest Architectural Co. helped us outline key areas that we wanted to see in a bid proposal from contractors and helped us identify four or five contractors who were reputable and might provide the kind of relationship and work product we were seeking.

Each contractor submitted a written proposal and made a personal presentation.

Our decision to select Ramey Construction for our Program Center renovation was a result of their clear understanding of the differences in non-profit and for-profit corporations. Girl Scouts is providing a service to the community and putting all available resources into that service.

Fundraising is hard work. We needed to work with someone who would help us save money at every opportunity and still have a well constructed and good looking building. Randy Ramey and Jason Ramey serve on several non-profit boards and they understood our needs.

As we moved through the construction of Phase I, our experience was positive. I learned to trust Jason Ramey's judgment and recommendations through the endless decisions that had to be made. We were very quickly on the same wave length, as he understood I was very cost conscious. We reused windows and doors, insulation and fixtures, and negotiated varying ceiling heights to save money, make it functional, and at the same time make it look terrific. He worked with sub-contractors to get discounts for Girl Scouts and also suggested ways to modify the design to save money.

The on-site superintendent of our project, Mark Woodard, was courteous and attentive to our needs and preferences, as well as being conscious of finding ways to save us money. None of the construction workers smoked or used inappropriate language on the job. This was important to us because we were taking prospective donors on tours through the construction area every week.
Phase I was completed on time and only slightly over budget, due to an unexpected roof repair. The look of the entry way, conference room, and offices is as nice as any for-profit workplace. We couldn't be more pleased.

We are now in the middle of Phase II construction. Due to the excellent communication with Ramey Construction, we realized that we did not need full architectural services on Phase II, and we saved a substantial amount with that decision. Ramey Construction has been helpful and a pleasure to work with at every step of the way. We anticipate completing our project by year end. I highly recommend them to you. .

Please feel free to call me if you have any questions.

Group Health Northwest

To Whom it May Concern:

I am writing this letter in response to a request by Randy Ramey of Ramey Construction to document the experience Group Health Northwest has had with his company. We have been working with Randy for over a decade. We started with several small construction jobs and found his work to be above reproach. As our organization grew, the size of the jobs began to increase and Randy was always up to the task. Over a three-year period, from 1991 to 1994, Randy's firm constructed three new health care centers for at a total cost of $13.5 million.

The largest of these projects, the Riverfront Medical Center, was an $8.5 million dollar project. We established a 15-month construction schedule during the negotiation phase. The building was completed in 14 months, for $155,000 less than the original estimate. Total Change Orders came in at only 2.7 percent of the project. At all times working with Randy and his associates has been a pleasure. He is totally committed to customer satisfaction, quality and integrity. We would be pleased to work with Randy and his firm on any future construction project.

Please feel free to contact me or the other senior executives at Group Health who worked on these construction projects with Ramey Construction if that would be useful to you.

Sincerely,

Henry S. Berman, MD, President and CEO

Washington State University

To Whom it May Concern:

As project coordinator for Washington State University it has been my pleasure to have worked with Ramey Construction. I have found Ramey Construction to be one of the superior general contractors. The employees of Ramey Construction were very skilled and qualified and their workmanship has been of the highest quality. Ramey has gone out of their way to accomodate WSU in any requests that were made. Ramey seems to have a very productive relationship with their subcontractors, which has made projects move along very smoothly. They have been most responsive to any warranty issues that have come up. In general, Ramey Construction has performed with the upmost professionalism and would come highly recommended by myself.

To Whom it May Concern:

Re: Ramey Construction and Rees NW, Inc.

It is Mountain Health Care's pleasure to recomment Ramey Construction and Rees NW, Inc...whom we worked with since 1995. Ramey Construction built a 14,000 square foot medical building and pharmacy for Mountain Health Care which was designed by Rees NW, Inc. We were pleased with their work. They were professional in every way and the design and construction was completed on time and in budget.

Mountain Health Care made a decision to add an addition to the present building last year and did not have second thoughts on contacting Ramey Construction and Rees NW to do the job. We are working with Jason Ramey and David Harris very closely on the project and their skills and knowledge are equal if not better than before.

They take pride in their work and have helped us tremendously with the decisions we had to make. Ramey Construction and Rees NW, Inc. have committed to the job right with skill and quality work.

Mountain Health Care would recommend Ramey Construction and Rees NW, Inc. to handle any job that came their way.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding Ramey Construction and Rees NW, Inc., please do not hesitate to call.

Sincerely,

Paul Olson, Administrator
