I
am writing this letter to document the experience that I
have had with Premier Homes, its owner Randy Ramey and its
employees. Premier contracted to complete my lake residence
with a construction time frame of 15 months. The complexity
of the cabin's design and the difficulties of the site made
this project very challenging. The ability of Premier's
project manager and field employees to visualize ahead of
time what needed to be done eased the entire construction
process from design to closeout.
Premier's
attention to detail is obvious in the end result. The quality
of the materials and the craftsmanship of my lake residence
are superb from top to bottom. Maintaining both schedule
and quality of this level is difficult. Making it even more
challenging, I personally asked Randy if it was possible
to speed the construction process along so that I could
enjoy the cabin for the end of the summer. Without sacrificing
quality, the project was completed two months ahead of schedule.
I
have found Premier Homes, its employees and Randy Ramey
a pleasure to work with, and I would recommend them to anyone
interested in constructing a quality home.
