OUR INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS
Subcontractors must maintain comprehensive general liability (occurrence) and automobile liability insurance meeting the following minimum limits:
Comprehensive General Liability:

Each Occurrence: $1,000,000

Fire Damage (any one fire): $50,000

Medical Expenses (any one person): $5,000

Personal & Advertising Injury: $1,000,000

General Aggregate: $2,000,000

Products – Comprehensive/Operation Aggregate: $2,000,000

Deductible (maximum): $5,000
Comprehensive Automobile Liability:

Combined Single Limit: $1,000,000 per Accident
Employer’s Liability (WA Stop Gap) -OR- ID Worker’s Compensation Policy:

Excess or Umbrella Liability:

Pollution Liability Limit:
