Assistant Project Manager Role
The Assistant Project Manager supports assigned projects by providing technical expertise under the guidance of the Senior Project Manager. They are responsible for effective communication with team members and clients while executing Ramey Construction Company Inc.'s mission, values, and goals.
Foreman Role
The Foreman assists the Site Superintendent in overseeing daily operations, managing crews, and ensuring projects are completed safely and efficiently. The Foreman must be punctual, skilled in problem-solving, and capable of delivering high-quality craftsmanship across all phases of construction.
Journeyman Carpenter Role
The Journeyman Carpenter supports construction projects by delivering elite quality craftsmanship under the direction of the Foreman, Master Carpenters, and Superintendent. Candidates must be punctual, committed to excellence, and bring a positive “can do” attitude. They should possess leadership skills and seize opportunities for growth, contributing to the overall success of the project.
Master Carpenter Role
The Master Carpenter leads construction projects by delivering elite craftsmanship and guiding the team under the Foreman and Superintendent. Project Manager Role
The Project Manager oversees high-end, architecturally unique residential and commercial building projects. Superintendent I & II Role
Superintendent I & II oversee high-end, architecturally unique residential and commercial building projects. Laborer Role

Foundations Foreman Role
The Foundations Foreman performs various physical tasks on construction sites in all weather conditions.
