Assistant Project Manager
The APM candidate works under the direct guidance of the Senior Project Manager and supports assigned projects with necessary technical expertise. The APM is accountable for communicating with personnel and clients and executing the mission, values, goals and objectives of RCCI.

Foreman
Candidate is responsible for assisting the site Superintendent to oversee daily operations, run crews and to ensure the completion of projects in a safe and efficient manner. Foreman must be punctual, an expert in problem solving, able to perform quality craftsmanship in all phases of construction.

Journeyman Carpenter
Candidates must be punctual, committed to elite quality craftsmanship, bring a positive “can do” attitude, possess leadership skills & take advantage of opportunities to grow in their craft. Works with Foreman, Master carpenters and Superintendent to assist construction of the overall project.

Master Carpenter
Candidates must be punctual, able to perform elite quality craftsmanship, bring a positive “can do” attitude, possess leadership and training skills and take advantage of opportunities to grow in their craft. Works with Foreman and Superintendent to assist construction of the overall project.

Project Manager
Candidate must have experience in high-end, architecturally unique residential and/or commercial building with a proven ability to assist in the development of construction plans and facilitate project activities in accordance with the mission, values, goals and objectives of RCCI.

Superintendent I & II
Candidates must have experience in high-end, architecturally unique residential and/or commercial building. Must be punctual, bring a positive “can do” attitude, possess excellent leadership, training, communication and management skills and take advantage of opportunities to grow in their craft.

Laborer
Candidates must be punctual, eager to learn, bring a positive “can do” attitude, be willing to hustle and take advantage of opportunities to grow toward becoming a carpenter. Works with journeyman and apprentice carpenters on site to learn and assist in overall project construction.

Foundations Foreman
Candidates will perform many tasks that require physical labor on construction sites in all types of weather conditions. The Foundations Foreman must be punctual, committed to elite quality craftsmanship, bring a positive “can do” attitude, possess leadership skills and take advantage of opportunities to grow in their craft.

Apprentice Carpenter
Candidates must be punctual, eager to learn, bring a positive “can do” attitude, be willing to hustle and take advantage of opportunities to grow toward becoming a journeyman carpenter. Works with journeyman carpenters and supervisors on
site to learn and assist construction of the overall project.
