Liberty Lake

Serving YOU since 1983

Located in Eastern Washington just west of the Idaho state border, Liberty Lake has a population just over 8,000. The suburb of Spokane is known for being a safe environment full of opportunity, for both recreation and economic vitality.

Liberty Lake’s diverse economy thrives with a bit of everything from small businesses to corporations, with many of them utilizing top cutting-edge technologies.

Outside of work, Liberty Lake residents find plenty of ways to spend their free time, whether that's on the lake itself, at one of many parks or hiking trails, or enjoying local food and drinks.

Its flagship park, Pavillion Park, brings plenty of entertainment on its own with an amphitheater, playground, splash pad, basketball and tennis courts, baseball fields, skate park and various annual attractions including summer outdoor movie nights.

A golfer’s paradise, the popular Liberty Lake Golf Course is in close proximity from any part of the community. The 18-hole remodeled course is complete with a practice sand bunker, lessons from PGA golf professionals, full service pro shop and restaurant.

The community is home to some of the region’s best hikes and outdoor adventures, including the Liberty Lake Regional Park, with a selection of hiking trails that includes the popular 8.5 mile Liberty Lake Loop. The loop ascends through switchbacks, passes Liberty Falls and provides impressive lake views.

Athletes can take advantage of Liberty Lake’s multiple sports facilities, including the Skyhawks and Super Tots sports academies, and the HUB Sports Center, a popular location for events including sports tournaments, clinics, leagues, movie nights, UFC fight nights and more.

Liberty Lake is a small community bursting with local flavor. The Liberty Lake Wine Cellars, Snow Eater Brewery and Trailbreaker Cider are all within a short distance, each with its own tasting room and rotating schedule of events including trivia nights, live music, and more.

Popular local restaurants include restaurant and sports bar True Legends Grill, the Mediterranean-focused Pentagon Bistro & Martini Bar, and Hay J’s, serving fresh American fare. New additions neighboring the popular Orchard Park and its surrounding residential neighborhoods include Hello Sugar, known for its artisan donuts, and Sweet Annie’s locally-sourced small-batch ice cream.

Only 20 minutes from downtown Spokane and Coeur d’Alene, more opportunity for adventure awaits with a short drive in either direction from Liberty Lake.

As the area is booming, you will find many local builders ready to bring your project to life. Premier contractor/home builder Ramey Construction provides its services throughout the Inland Northwest, serving Eastern Washington and North Idaho residents with their home building needs.
